Meghan Cormier and Shawn MacEachern, the owners of HFX Tire & Oil wanted to give back to their community and decided to create an annual fundraiser that will feature a different charity each year.

This year the recipient of the proceeds is Big Brothers Big Sisters of greater Halifax. 

With $1000 in cash prizes being given out for the winners in certain categories, such as Best Paint, Most Mileage, Best Sport bike, Best Trike, and others and 2 surprise categories announced during the day the excitement level was at 11.

The mission of this event is to create awareness and raise funds for local charities, to invite local businesses to participate, and welcome families in the neighbourhood to attend a free family friendly event.

Attendees also enjoyed a BBQ, the Band Riptide playing Live Music, a 50/50 draw, and a poker run.

Onsite was BACA (Bikers against child abuse, global community, new branch in Halifax), Bikers Down Society, BBBS, Brokerlink.
