The Nova Scotian Mi'kmaq community shouldn't be ignored and we would like to use the power of our online channel to help educate the public regarding the Mi'kmaq traditions and culture.

Treaty Day, (October 1st) 2019 marked the beginning of Mi'kmaq History Month in Nova Scotia as proclaimed in 1993 by then Premier John Savage and Mi'kmaq Grand Chief Ben Sylliboy. 

Its purpose is to promote public awareness about Mi'kmaq culture and heritage for all citizens of Nova Scotia.

We are asking for your help so we can continue to produce new episodes of our informative Mi'kmaq Heritage Series which will help continue the excitement of History Month all year long and help bring Mi'kmaq Heritage and Culture to the world with free viewing and year round accessing and social media sharing.
