The first person NSLive.tv community correspondent Brian Cottam aka Brian Sea notices at an event wearing NSLive.tv swag purchased from the NSLive.tv online swag shop, will be given the gift certificate pursuant to the contest rules.

Agreement and understanding:

The contest winner agrees to the use of their name, image and voice for promotional purposes.

This includes a brief on camera reaction shot of no more than 15 seconds duration

This footage can be used for up to 3 years by WLM for continued promotion purposes.

Said footage is edited and released at the discretion of WLM.

The contest winner must positively confirm the fact that WLM is simply exchanging ownership of the gift certificate and assumes no responsibility beyond this. Reservations must be arranged with the management of OSC.

Furthermore WLM has no information regarding any special scheduling or dates or considerations for any gift certificates.  will be provided for booking reservations which are solely at the discretion of OSC.

Statements:

The aforementioned gift certificate has no cash value and can only be redeemed in the mannor it was intended.

Friends, relatives, partners and associates of WLM and or NSLive.tv are not eligible to win.

Swag much have been purchased from the swag shop not provided as a donation or giveaway.

WLM reserves the following rights in regards to this contest.
