It's never good to leave our producer Brian Sea alone in the kitchen but that's exactly what happened when Kelly left for a girls night out one cold Friday evening in January. 

Finding a few odds and ends in the fridge and pantry Brian decided to put together a pizza using naan bread for crusts and other fairly typical pizza ingredients he found and had to prepare. 

The results were surprisingly good, or so he says with the cheese taking on a golden brown tone and the flavours of the ingredients coming together in harmony.  

Kelly’s Kitch’n is a show where cooks and chefs are welcome to show off some of their favourite recipes in a fun social environment.
