Kelly carefully takes Brian through the process of making one of his mom's family recipes, Russian Chicken the perfect compliment to the Coconut Rice recipe featured on Episode 8 of Kelly's Kitch'n.

Easy to make and full of flavour is the name of the game when enjoying this recipe. Not to mention that it's quite easy but does take some time to marinade which makes it ideal for busy people who don't have much time to spend in the Kitchen but have some open space in their fridge.

The main flavouring ingredient, Russian salad dressing was very popular back in the day and quite easy to get which made this recipe even more enticing. For some reason it's a little harder to find these days but if you are determined it can usually be found in your local grocery store.
